The app is available to members of participating Reiki communities. Your teacher or group leader will send you an invitation by email. Once you receive it, you can create your account and sign in.
Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
Yes. The practice timer works without signing in. An account is only needed to sync your session history across devices and access your community space.
Open Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen. Your account will be deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days. You can also email us to request deletion.
Yes. When you set up your school on Reiki Circle, your students get a private community space just for your group. They can share reflections and stay connected between classes. You'll have an admin dashboard to manage members and post updates. Reach out at hello@reikicircle.app and we can get your community set up.
